Why it has a cost
Keeping this platform running — building it and keeping it secure and available — has costs, and the price of the report only goes towards covering them. We don't live off revenue: we exist to bring you closer to your health and help you arrive better prepared for your appointment.
- No subscription. No auto-renewal. Pay only when you want a new report. A health subscription at €20–35 a month costs you between €240 and €420 over a year. Here, Premium costs €10.00 and you pay for it once.
- Secure, encrypted payment.
- If, after a confirmed payment, you do not receive the report for a reason attributable to the platform, you are entitled to repeat the process at no cost or to a full refund.
