Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does EasyCheckUp make diagnoses?

No. EasyCheckUp is an informational, preventive tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a medical assessment. Suggestions are meant to support the conversation with your doctor.

Does this replace my doctor?

No. EasyCheckUp organises your information and helps you prepare for the appointment, but it does not replace your doctor's assessment, diagnosis or decisions. Every suggestion is a topic to discuss with a health professional.

How much does it cost?

Answering the questionnaire and learning whether to book an appointment, and with what priority, is free. Completo, with the named plan and with what was considered and not suggested, costs €4.00. Premium, with the reasons, the sources and the questions for your doctor, costs €10.00 (VAT included). You pay once. There is no subscription.

Are my answers stored?

No. Answers exist only in the browser's memory during the session — by design. If you buy the report, only the generated suggestions (never your answers) are saved to your account, alongside the PDF you download.

How long does the questionnaire take?

About 5 minutes. Questions adapt to your profile, so you only answer what is relevant to you.

How do I receive the report?

After payment, both documents are downloaded straight to your device — the doctor's page and yours — and the assessment is saved to your account, where you can open it again and download them whenever you want. The report is never sent by email.

What do I do with the report?

Take it to the appointment. It is built so your doctor understands the context and decides what to order. It does not replace their assessment.

What if I don't have a family doctor?

The report is just as useful. You can take it to an appointment in the public health service, a health centre, a private consultation or occupational health — anywhere you speak with a health professional. It helps organise the conversation, whether or not you have an assigned family doctor.

Who is EasyCheckUp for?

For adults (18+) who want to walk into the appointment prepared: understand what to discuss, organise their history and know the plan the guidelines suggest for their profile.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card and, when enabled, MB Way, Apple Pay and Google Pay — processed securely by Stripe.

Which languages are available?

Portuguese (Portugal), English and Spanish — including the questionnaire, results and report.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, directly on the profile page. Non-clinical data is erased immediately; issued invoices are kept for the statutory tax period.
